Master AD PLC (MACO or the Company) has scheduled to have the Annual General Meeting (AGM) NO.1/2004 on Tuesday 30 March 2004. The agenda 4 is to consider the profit allocation for legal reserve and the dividend payment. The Board of Director 's resolutions on this matter are proposed in the AGM with following details; 1. In case there is a dividend payment, the dividend will be 0.20 Baht per share with total amount of 25 million baht. The payment schedule will be within 1 month after the AGM. 2. In case that shareholders decline to receive dividend, the Company Will invest the money for business expansion according to the Board of Director's resolution.
