Master Ad Plc. would like to clarify the consolidated financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries as of sixth-month period ended June 30 2005, showing the net profit of 33.46 Million Baht which is lower than the net profit of 49.52 Million Baht for the corresponding period in 2004 . The reason of the decrease of net profit in the said period of 2005 result from the extra export of 33 Million Baht in 2004 while there is none in 2005. The increase in cost of goods sold and selling & administrative expense is due to the investment of railway billboard. Please be kindly informed accordingly.
