Certified the Minutes of the AGM for the year 2005 held on 22 April 2005 2. Approved the 2005 Annual Report of the Board of Directors. 3. Approved the balance sheet, the income statements and the cash flow statements for 2005 ended 31 December 2005. 4. Approved the profit allocation for legal reserve amounted Baht 3,349,487.45 and dividend paid at Baht 0.21 pershare for 125,000,000 shares amounting to 26.25 Millionbaht dividend will be distributed to the shareholders whose name appear in the share register book on the book closing date being 31 March 2006 and will be paid on 15 May 2006 5. No.2785 Any of these auditors will be responsible for auditing, giving comments and signature on the Company's financial statements. The auditors' remuneration, including quarterly and annual, is up to Baht 1,765,000.- 6. Approved the appointment of directors replacing those retired by rotation and the determination of the authorized signatories of the Company for 2006.
