Clarification of Operating result for Q2/2006

ACC.005/2006 11 August 2006 President The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62 Rachadapisek Klongtoey Bangkok 10110 Subject: Clarification of Operating result for Q2/2006 Master Ad Plc main business is to provide services of advertising media in the area of Out of Home Media sector, particularly Outdoor Billboard. Operating performance in the Q2/06 of audited consolidated financial statement showed the increase in Net Operating Profit of 28.82% compared to Q2/05. The main reasons were the downsize of Cost of Services as well as the upsize of sales revenue generated from Large Format Billboard in said period. - Decrease in Railway Billboard Cost of Services by 40% from THB 21.06 M in Q2/05 to THB 12.76 M in Q2.06. This mainly resulted from rental contract cancellation with landholder, led to significantly reducing rental fee. - Revenue from Billboard increased from THB 22.04 M in Q2/05 to THB 28.03 M in Q2/06, equals to 27.17%. This was because there were more advertisements over billboards located in the surrounding of Suvarnabhumi International Airport - Trivision Billboard grew its revenue by 5.79% from THB 35.53 M in Q2/05 to THB 37.25 M in Q2/06 Please be kindly informed accordingly.
