Clarification of the news appeared in Kaohoon Newspaper

ACC.007/2551 21 March 2008 To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject: Clarification of the news appeared in Kaohoon Newspaper. Regarding to the published article about the billboards of Master Ad PLC.(MACO) innewspaper named "Kao Hoon"on 19 March 2008, MACO would like to inform the facts about that news as following; 1. About MACO's billboard on Vibhavadee Rangsit Road, MACO was appointed from State Railway of Thailand for constructing 113 billboards in district of Jatujak, Laksi,and Don Muang. During the proposed permission process, MACO was informed from State Railway of Thailand that the local road is not considered as public road. From this information, MACO designated the set back distance and the height of billboard by referring from the width of Vibhavadee Rungsit Road. Later, some district officers disagreed about this set back distance and gave order against MACO about this project. MACO appealed this case to the Administrative Court and Laksi district was cancelled the order finally. MACO used this standard for the other districts. However,the Bangkok Airport is relocated to Suvarnabhumi, the concession between MACO and State Railway of Thailand is terminated. Presently, MACO demolishes billboards from this project. 2. About the billboard on Ratchada Pisek Road, MACO does not have any billboard on this road presently. 3. About the billboard on Bangkok-Cholburi highway, right of utilizing this billboard belongs to Outdoor Company Limited which is a business alliance with MACO. The reason of MACO's logo appearance on this billboard is MACO works on marketing aspect of this location. In summary, this news as published in "Kao Hoon" is totally distorted.
