Later, MACO has filed an application requesting the SET to instruct the trading of its ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). SET has considered MACO's qualifications and deeded that it is fully qualified according to the rules of the Stock Exchange of Thailand related to the Listing of Ordinary Shares or Preferred Shares as Listed Securities, 2001. Thus, the SET will instruct the trading of MACO 300,896,950 ordinary shares at a par value of Bath 1 per share, totaling Baht 300,896,950 to be traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under Media & Publishing Sector in Services Group using the trading name "MACO" commencing from 19 September 2013 onward.
